Software Release Versions:
We currently have 3 software versions that share the same database structure.
It is not recommended that both versions be used simultaneously.
You should not go back to using V3 after having used V4 or V5 on the same database.

Totally Free Software Version 3
This was produced before the MS-Office 2007 Tabbed Ribbon control became available and hence has the button style interface.
It is currently not compatible with European number formats such as 1234,56 however we hope to fix this issue when we have time.
This software is totally free forever, however unless you have a license file its usage is restricted along with the Free Personal Version usage conditions.
No new licenses are being issued for this version.

Software Versions 4 & 5 (Free or Licensed)
This was produced using the MS-Office 2007 Tabbed Ribbon control and provides a much superior User Interface.

Free unlicensed usage is limited to 60 days from the date that it was published, after which time it will expire unless a software license is purchased.
However if a new software build is released during this time then simply by downloading this build, you can reset the expiry date and extend it for a further 60 day period.

Future Software Version 6
We expect to begin work on V6 in July 2010 and this should take approximately 3 months to complete.
This vital work was delayed because we made planned enhancements to V4 and then V5.
Plus we have received and are still working on, many enhancement requests from customers.

Version 6 Enhancements
As we have made most of our planned enhancements to V4 and then V5, the V6 will have features that cannot be made with the existing database structure. For example this includes employee Password Logins and multi-language capability.
It will have the ability to Import Version 4 & 5 Exported XML files, thus providing the means for getting data into the new V6 database.
